Duties

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care to ensure quality standards are met.
- Cook pizzas using ovens or other specialized equipment, monitoring cooking times and temperatures for perfect results.
- Assemble pizzas according to recipes or customer specifications, ensuring presentation is appealing and consistent.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment.
- Follow all food safety protocols,



including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of low supplies or quality issues.
- Provide friendly service to customers when taking orders or answering questions about menu items.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
- Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure each pizza meets quality expectations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
