Duties

- Supervise daily plastic injection moulding operations,



ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production schedules
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve moulding machinery issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated equipment
- Monitor quality inspection processes to ensure products meet specifications and standards
- Operate hand tools, calipers, and other measurement devices for precise quality control
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives by identifying waste reduction opportunities and implementing process improvements
- Manage warehouse activities related to raw materials and finished goods inventory, including forklift operation when necessary
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and shipping preparations as needed to meet delivery deadlines

Requirements

- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on plastic injection moulding processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge of injection moulding machines and automation systems such as PLCs
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, calipers, and basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to operate forklifts safely within warehouse settings
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction
- Excellent communication skills for team supervision, training, and collaboration with maintenance and quality teams
- Prior experience in quality inspection, assembly processes, or warehouse management is advantageous
