Role Description The PMO Delivery Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Guelph, ON, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the Program Management Office. This role coordinates project teams, aligns stakeholders, and ensures projects and programs meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives while following established methodologies and standards. The PMO Delivery Lead monitors performance metrics, prepares status reports, and drives continuous improvement across project processes and tools.

Day-to-day activities include prioritizing work, managing risks and issues, supporting resource allocation, and coaching project managers on best practices. The role also collaborates with leadership to refine PMO frameworks, contributes to strategic planning, and helps integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.

Qualifications

- 5+ years experience managing infrastructure-related projects and programs.




- Bachelor’s degree in engineering(mechanical, electrical, structural, civil preferred) or related field.
- Skilled certification in Project or Program Management preferred. (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP)
- Candidates should possess robust Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, manage financials, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written reporting, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation of meetings and workshops.
- Relevant skills such as PMO governance, risk management, and familiarity with project management methodologies are beneficial.
- Proven experience in consulting, infrastructure, or operational improvement environments, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools, data analytics or reporting platforms, and MS Office or similar productivity suites.

Office Location: Guelph, ON

Compensation

- $110,000 to $145,000 annual salary, dependent on qualifications and experience.
