Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Poolside Customer Experience Assistant to support our team at different pool locations across Mississauga during our Wednesday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday classes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will be present during swimming lessons, welcoming families, supporting our teachers and helping make sure each shift runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships. A background or interest in customer service, sales, hospitality or marketing would be a great fit.

Responsibilities

- Welcome families and create a friendly, professional experience at our pool locations.
- Be a visible point of contact for parents during swimming lessons.
- Build relationships with families and regularly check in on their experience.
- Support swimming teachers with the practical needs of the shift
- Help ensure the poolside environment is organized and welcoming.
- Speak with prospective customers visiting our locations and provide information about Water Babies.
- Identify opportunities for trials, bookings, referrals and retention, and communicate these to our office team.




- Gather customer feedback and flag questions or concerns that require follow-up.
- Support occasional poolside marketing, promotional or customer engagement activities.
- Work closely with our office and teaching teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College diploma or university degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, sales, fitness, recreation or marketing is an asset.
- Friendly, outgoing and confident starting conversations with new people.
- Naturally helpful and customer-focused.
- Proactive, you notice what needs to be done rather than always waiting to be asked.
- Organized, reliable and able to manage different priorities during a busy shift.
- Able to work independently while also being part of a wider team.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
