Job Summary:

Pioneer Family Pools is looking for personable and professional Swimming Pool Service Techniciansto join our existing team members for this Fall 2026 Pool Season! As members of our team, you and your partner would collectively be responsible for pool closings, as well as servicing pools based on our clients' needs (services such as: pool equipment installations, troubleshooting, and repairs). You would be responsible to get yourself to and from work (we are located out of Burlington) however a company truck and tools will be provided so that you are able to perform required tasks and duties on our team.

You will be provided with extensive in-field training regarding: duties, procedures and equipment knowledge. Previous experience in the construction/landscaping or related fields is an asset, however we are willing to train any employee who joins our team new to the industry!

Due to the nature of the pool industry, our teams can work 6 days a week during peak periods (mid September to late October). This provides an opportunity for employees to earn more income than a traditional seasonal position. The expected start date for this position would be the start of September,



however that date is flexible based upon availability. Opportunities to remain a part of our team for the 2027 season onward also exist for those joining our team whose needs/goals may align).

Responsibilities:

· Handle a high volume of field service work daily (service work such as closings, equipment installations and repairs)

· Speak with customers in a kind/courteous and professional manner when at their home

· Troubleshoot client concerns

· Recommend equipment and services based on customer needs

· All other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Valid Driver’s License (G2 or higher preferably)

· Team player

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet

· Ability to remain flexible to unanticipated issues

· Previous experience working in an outdoor based role is an asset

· Previous experience working in landscape/construction or related field is an asset

· Previous experience working in the Pool industry is an asset

Contract length: approximately 3 months (depending on one's availability and start time)

Seasonal hours: 50 + hrs/per week

Expected start date: September 8th, 2026 (flexible)
