In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute pool installations.
- Prepare sites by performing excavation, grading, and concrete forming to establish a solid foundation for pools.
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely to facilitate excavation, concrete finishing, and site preparation.
- Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment according to specifications.
- Complete masonry work such as laying pavers, concrete finishing installation around pool areas.
- Apply caulking, construction painting, and restoration techniques to ensure a polished final product.
- Collaborate with team members on project estimates, scheduling,



and site management to meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction or related fields with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction estimating.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, and electrical experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform excavation work including trenching and site grading with heavy machinery.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, concrete finishing techniques, welding skills, and masonry work.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with safety awareness and adherence to industry standards.
