This role keeps the brand's day-to-day operations, reporting, and cross-team delivery on track, while driving traffic, monetization, and content growth initiatives to completion. It also supports commercial performance and scales repeatable offerings, identifies workflows for AI automation in partnership with the data science team, and acts as a cross-functional thought partner to Brand and Portfolio leadership. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Help manage the day-to-day operation of the brand, keeping priorities, workflows, and delivery on track across editorial, product, and commercial teams.

Maintain the operating cadence by planning rhythms, status reporting, and a trusted single source of truth for performance data.

Monitor KPIs across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue; provide transparent reporting and actionable insights.

Ensure tracking accuracy, link integrity, and performance visibility across templates and products.

Remove blockers and continuously improve processes, workflows, and execution speed across teams. Traffic, Monetization & Authority Growth Contribute to advancing the brand’s traffic, monetization, and authority goals, translating them into concrete initiatives and driving them to completion.

Partner with editorial and SEO to grow search visibility, topical authority, and direct and referral audience share.





Run structured tests against traffic and revenue levers, and turn what works into repeatable playbooks.

Track initiative performance against targets and recommend where to double down, iterate, or redirect effort. Content, Product & Audience Development Collaborate with editorial leaders to align content strategy with user intent, conversion performance, and growth priorities.

Define scalable content formats that reduce decision friction and improve monetization.

Contribute to the transition from a single-site model to a multi-product, multi-surface brand ecosystem.

Commercial Contribution

Support the Brand and Portfolio Operators on commercial performance at the gross profit level, contributing analysis and execution.

Develop and expand repeatable business offerings that can be scaled across the brand and, where relevant, the wider portfolio.

Help build the business case for growth initiatives and prioritize effort against commercial impact.

Automation

Identify high-friction, repetitive workflows across the operation and surface them as candidates for automation reporting.

Partner closely with the portfolio data scientist to scope, prototype, and deploy AI agents and tooling against those opportunities.





Act as the operational counterpart on AI initiatives. Define the problem, supply context and success criteria, and validate outputs before rollout.

Support adoption across the team and help scale proven automations to other brands in the portfolio. Leadership & Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Editorial, Product, Sales, Performance Marketing, Data, and Leadership.

Operate as a thought partner to the Brand and Portfolio Managers, sharing accountability for outcomes.

Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and performance.

Qualifications 1-5 years in roles such in Corporate Strategy, M&A;, Private Equity, Operations Management or Investment Banking.

Proven experience owning revenue initiatives and driving measurable growth.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with hands-on P&L; experience.

Deep understanding of content monetization, audience development, and digital growth models.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
