Overview

Scrubishly is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaners to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning residential and commercial spaces after construction, renovation, or remodeling projects.

This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and understands that post-construction cleaning requires a high level of attention to detail.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces to remove construction debris and dust.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, fixtures, and other surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Remove leftover materials such as drywall dust, packaging, labels, and construction waste from the site.
- Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed or renovated properties.
- Remove construction dust, dirt, debris, and residue from surfaces.
- Clean floors, walls, baseboards, doors, windows, and other surfaces.
- Remove stickers, labels, tape, and light construction residue where appropriate.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Ensure all areas are free of dirt, debris, and construction residues before final inspection.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.




- Collaborate with project managers or site supervisors to prioritize tasks and complete work on schedule.

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with post-construction cleaning is a plus.
- Robust attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures; certification in safe chemical use is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
