Overview

We are looking for a prep cook who is also available as a delivery driver- 70% prep, 30% delivery. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced kitchen but is also comfortable with taking deliveries in the area- knowledge of the area is an asset.

In this energetic role, you will support our kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, in a timely manner and assisting with food assembly to ensure that every dish/order meets our high standards for quality and safety. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, efficient environment where great food and excellent service come together seamlessly.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients by stocking, chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Making sure there is enough chicken and other main food items are ready for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently and to specifications
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly during service hours
- Deliver food accurately in a timely manner




- Provide friendly customer service

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and best practices in sanitation
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
- Prior kitchen experience or background in the food industry will be advantageous for success in this role
- Dependable and puncual
- Can work independently and as a team
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
