We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pressure Washer to join our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces across our facilities using high-pressure water equipment. Your energetic approach will ensure that our environment remains clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Duties
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
- Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning supplies to perform detailed cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to support overall facility cleanliness
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify additional cleaning or maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report any safety concerns or equipment issues
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning projects within scheduled timeframes
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving equipment or materials during cleaning operations
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or facilities maintenance experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques necessary for efficient operation
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to operate pressure washers safely and follow all safety protocols
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing manual labor throughout shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and facility maintenance standards
