We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pressure Washing Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Perform heavy lifting of equipment and materials to facilitate thorough cleaning tasks across multiple locations
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring cleaning or maintenance, ensuring all surfaces are properly maintained
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including logs of completed jobs and any issues encountered during operations
- Follow all safety guidelines related to the use of power tools, chemicals, and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
Experience
- Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking
