Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Control & Machine Operator to join our vibrant coffee manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of production machinery, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation, and supporting efficient packaging processes. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor various coffee processing machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance or escalate repairs as needed.
- Manage packaging operations, including setting up packaging lines, adjusting equipment, and verifying proper packaging procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Use forklift equipment safely to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies within the facility.




- Assist with inventory control by accurately recording production data and ensuring proper storage of ingredients and finished goods.
- Follow all safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to sanitation procedures.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food industry manufacturing or food processing environments.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and practices essential for maintaining food safety compliance.
- Ability to operate packaging machinery efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling within a manufacturing setting.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, adjusting machine settings, and recording data accurately.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and quality assurance protocols necessary for consistent product excellence.
