TAM is looking for a Producer to join our team. We’re looking for a strategist, a connector, and a leader. We want someone who will build solid relationships with our clients, while working alongside our creative team to develop solutions that make an impact.

You’ll be joining a team of designers, strategists, and overall solution focused people on a mission to solve the challenges of a changing world. We’re a highly specialized group with various backgrounds and areas of expertise, but we all have one thing in common: We’re problem solvers. We’re prepared to learn which solutions will impact our clients ability to achieve their goals.
As a Producer at TAM, you’ll be the link between our creatives, production and our client partners, bringing clarity and alignment from concept to final delivery. You’ll own and lead the outcome of each of your projects, and the quality of our clients’ experience, ensuring that next time they have a problem to solve, TAM is their first call.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a TAM-er, you’ll get to use your know-how and passion for delivering excellent client experiences and creative problem-solving to turn big complex ideas into executable work. You’ll bring in practices to make the complex - clear and digestible, and to lead project pods to successful outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the end-to-end management and success of the projects within your portfolio including, defining and clarifying objectives, navigating timelines and budget parameters, and bringing business and client acumen into decision making.
- Executing on decisions that support the success of the project initiative and client experience.
- Act as the central point of contact and connector between clients, project pods, and internal leads such as Creative Director and Studio Manager to ensure expectations and working practices are clear for all.
- Guide project pods, fostering a collaborative work environment and encouraging a curious, upshifted mindset.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs throughout the entirety of the project life cycle, demonstrating adaptability and partnership throughout the production process.
- Ensure the ongoing health of the client relationship and the successful outcome of the project.
- Anticipate dependencies, flag challenges and bring the right people together both internally and externally to solve problems and leverage opportunities.
SKILLSET
- 4-7 years of Producer experience in a creative agency; experience in a learning design agency is an asset.
- Strong experience managing large scale client portfolios; optimal communication and partnership skills with experience implementing a strategic client partnership approach.
- Be detail-oriented and meticulous with all logistical and financial aspects of production including project management, scoping, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships with competing deadlines and needs.
- Strong leadership skills, and the ability to facilitate alignment across different roles on a project.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with managing expectations across creative, freelance and client partners.
- Proactive problem solving when producing projects,
while operating inside ambiguity.
- Prioritizing the ability to facilitate decision-making that balance product quality, client experience, budget timelines, while under pressure.
- Proficiency with using project management / business management tools such as Bonsai, Asana, ClickUp.
- Experience applying human-centred approaches to solution design, including creative problem-solving and design thinking.
This is a hybrid role designed with flexibility in mind. We encourage our team to work where they do their best thinking and creating - whether that’s at home or in our pet-friendly Leslieville studio. At the same time, we value collaboration and connection, so there will be days when being in the studio or in office with clients is required. To make this balance work, employees should live within a commutable distance of our Leslieville studio.

The hiring salary range for this full-time role is CAD $75,000–$100,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. This is for an existing vacancy.
