About the Company Insight Global's client, located in Newmarket, ON, is seeking a Product Manager to join their growing product organization. This individual will support a customer-facing SaaS platform and help drive strategic product initiatives that enhance platform value and business growth. Own and manage the product backlog, working closely with engineering teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure successful delivery of roadmap objectives.

Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements, establish acceptance criteria, and monitor key performance metrics tied to product success. Partner with engineering leadership to understand APIs, system integrations, and technical dependencies while translating complex concepts into clear business solutions for stakeholders. Help drive product enhancements that support platform growth, customer engagement, and monetization opportunities while balancing business priorities and technical feasibility. 4+ years of Product Management experience supporting software or SaaS products.



~ Experience owning or contributing to product roadmaps and backlog management within an Agile environment. ~ Experience partnering closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. ~ Robust understanding of APIs and system integrations with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. ~ Experience gathering requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and tracking product performance through reporting and analytics. ~ Experience balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives when prioritizing initiatives.

Experience driving growth, adoption, monetization, or customer engagement initiatives.

Experience working with product analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, design, sales, or external partners.
