- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and define epics, capabilities, and features
- Requirements Analysis and Prioritization: Analyzing and prioritizing the requirements gathered from business stakeholders (Initiative lead, Product owners etc.) and translate to technology execution, coordinating and acts as lead of technical teams to deliver on technology commitments.
- Technology Product Strategy and Planning: Driving the technology product/capability strategy, planning, and delivery of key capabilities for the business product/capability
- Research and Analysis: Conducts user research, market research,



and data/workflow analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend technological solutions that align with business needs.

Presenting findings and communicate insights effectively
- Technology Guidance: Providing technical guidance to business stakeholders and the development team and ensuring that the product’s/capabilities technical aspects are well managed.
