World of Water is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and energetic person to join our team as a Production Associate & Driver! In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting production operations with our small package production machine, while also being available to assist in deliveries for multiple items. On top of this you will also be helping around the warehouse with other duties to assist the warehouse supervisors.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and preparation of products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move heavy loads around the facility
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety during all transfer activities
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements





- Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar environment preferred
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and repeatedly throughout the shift
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to moving materials, forklift operation, and driving in a warehouse setting would be an asset
