About the Role We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team at our Guelph, ON location. In this role, you will help keep our farm running safely and efficiently by:

- Handling farm materials and supplies.
- Seeding, growing, and harvesting leafy greens.
- Packaging products for customers.
- Following sanitation and food safety practices.

What we are looking for From seeding and harvesting to packaging and sanitation, you'll play an important role in keeping our farm running safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety standards.

A commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and quality is essential, as every task contributes to delivering secure, fresh, and top-quality produce to Canadian families every day.





What you will be doing

- Seed, harvest, package our leafy greens.
- Collect basic data on crops and farm systems to be reported to leadership.
- Handle farm materials.
- Participate in industry best, sanitation practices.
- Assist with the shipping activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

Must have’s

- Must be able to work a 12-hour rotational day shift, 7:00AM – 7:00PM. Rotational schedule is 3 days on 2 days off and then 2 days on, 2 days off.
- Must be detail oriented and physically able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
- Reliable and highly efficient
- Must be passionate about local produce and your impact on the environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
