We are looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to join our busy collision repair center.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands the collision repair process, knows how to keep production moving efficiently, and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily collision repair production and workflow
- Lead, coach, and support technicians and production staff
- Assign and prioritize work based on shop capacity and repair timelines
- Monitor repair progress from teardown through final quality control
- Work closely with estimators, repair planners, parts personnel, painters, and technicians
- Identify and resolve production delays and bottlenecks
- Monitor cycle time, labour efficiency, productivity, and repair quality
- Ensure vehicles move efficiently through each stage of the repair process
- Coordinate with parts personnel to minimize parts-related delays
- Review repair plans and supplements to ensure production requirements are understood
- Conduct quality-control inspections and help reduce comebacks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment
- Ensure repairs follow OEM procedures and industry standards
- Help develop and implement processes that improve shop efficiency and profitability
- Communicate effectively with management, customers, insurance partners, and staff




- Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional team culture

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in collision repair and production management
- Strong understanding of auto body repair processes
- Proven leadership and team-management skills
- Knowledge of estimating and repair-planning processes
- Strong understanding of shop KPIs and production metrics
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with collision repair management/estimating software is an asset
- I-CAR or other industry certification is an asset
- Valid driver's license
