Role Description The Production Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based at the Murphy's Law Distillery facility in Elmira, ON. This position involves supporting day-to-day distillery operations, including preparing materials, operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and assisting with bottling and packaging.

The Production Team

Member helps maintain a clean, safe work environment, follows standard operating procedures, and adheres to quality and safety guidelines. The role includes working with other team members to meet production schedules, organizing materials and inventory,



and communicating any issues or improvements to supervisors. Occasional lifting, manual handling tasks, and versatile working hours may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to support Production Planning and Production Management activities, including organizing tasks and meeting production targets.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and understanding of Quality Control practices to ensure products meet standards.
- Comfort with Training and being trained on equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work safely with production machinery and tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physically active work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food and beverage, or distillery environments is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or production-related education is an advantage.

**Pay: $21/ hour Hours: 35 hours a week

Shift: Monday-Friday 9-5**
