We are seeking dedicated, reliable Professional House Cleaner / Housekeeper Subcontractors to join our roster. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional residential and corporate cleaning services across Calgary and surrounding areas. As a subcontractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own casual schedule while providing top-tier service.

- Premium Flat Rate: A straight, competitive payout of $28.00 per hour for high-volume corporate contract runs.
- High-Upside Leads: A 50% revenue split on our standard direct residential client leads.
- Remote Flexibility: Manage your schedule easily with zero micromanagement.
- Zero Marketing Costs: We handle 100% of the client acquisition, scheduling, and billing—you just show up and clean.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough residential and corporate cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitization, and kitchen cleaning.
- Follow specific property checklists to maintain our company's high standards of cleanliness.
- Utilize effective time management skills to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes without compromising quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, respectful,



and professional at all times.

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

- Vehicle & License: Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle for traveling to various job sites.
- Supplies: Must provide your own professional cleaning supplies, products, and equipment.
- Insurance: Must have commercial liability insurance, or be willing to obtain it within three months of starting with us.
- Background Check: Must provide a clear criminal record check before being assigned to clients.
- Language: Must be fluent and able to communicate clearly in English.
- Punctuality: Must show up on time, every time. Reliability is our number one priority.
- Experience: Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with an eye for detail.
