The Program
Assistant will play a crucial part in client assessments, manage behavioral observations, and accompany clients off-site for necessary medical appointments. This position requires a willingness to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, located at 1051 Queen Street West. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in assessments of designated clients
- Provide direct patient care and maintain safety
- Communicate behavioral observations and assessments
- Accompany clients to off-site medical clearances

Requirements:
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of health care experience preferred
- Personal Care Worker Certificate or pursuing a relevant discipline
