Program Manager – P&C; Insurance | Ontario (Hybrid)

We're supporting a leading global IT services organisation as they build out a P&C; Insurance transformation programme, and we're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead it.

This is a senior mandate for someone who has run large scale insurance technology programmes end to end: governance, financial oversight, distributed delivery teams and executive stakeholder management, all within a global consulting workplace.

What we're looking for:

- 18+ years in IT, with at least 8 years in Delivery or Program Management
- A track record delivering within P&C; Insurance
- Experience managing multi million dollar programmes and large delivery teams
- Comfort across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models
- Strong financial management,



budgeting and forecasting experience
- Excellent stakeholder, negotiation and executive communication skills

Nice to have:

- Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco or similar insurance platforms
- Cloud transformation experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Digital insurance, data or automation initiatives
