IT Project Manager – Managed Services / Infrastructure

? Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2 Days/Week in Office)

? Contract: 12 Months

⏰ 40 Hours/Week

? Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver Managed Services and Infrastructure implementation projects. This role will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery from initiation through transition to operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, cloud technologies, and data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services and Infrastructure projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines, scope, and budget requirements.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and closure activities.
- Coordinate implementation, fulfillment, decommissioning, and service change projects.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Track project health, milestones, KPIs, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with technical teams, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee smooth handoff of completed projects to Operations teams.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and delivery best practices.
- Stay current with infrastructure technologies, managed services trends, and project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications Must-Have




- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure or managed services projects.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of:
- Servers
- Networking
- Storage
- Cloud technologies
- Data center environments
- Experience delivering infrastructure implementation and managed services projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK methodologies.
- ITIL Certification or IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
- Prince2 Foundation Certification.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in English and French or English and Spanish.
