Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects and ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, business teams, vendors, and technology teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive project governance, RAID management, and status reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide executive-level communication.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers.
- Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budget.

Must-Have Skills

- 7+ years of Project Management experience .
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust knowledge of Project Governance and RAID Management .
- Experience managing large-scale technology projects.
- PMP/Scrum certification is an asset.
