Join the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a Project Manager, shaping the future of education through capital development. Your strategic oversight will ensure the successful delivery of critical construction projects. In the role of Senior Project Manager, you will manage complex capital projects within TCDSB.
Reporting to the Head of Capital Development, you will lead project supervisors and maintain project accountability from tender to closeout. Your seven or more years of experience in construction management will be crucial to fostering a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of construction projects from start to finish
- Mentor and develop project supervisors and coordinators
- Monitor budgets and project schedules for efficiency
- Implement best practices for construction management
- Communicate project updates and reports to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Degree in construction management or related discipline
- At least 7 years of construction administration experience
- Eligible for registration with qualified engineering bodies
- Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
