Become a Project Manager II at TELUS, focusing on customer integration as part of our Eastern expansion. You’ll coordinate complex projects within our Post Acquisition Centre of Excellence environment. - Manage project delivery for integrating acquired customers
- Conduct detailed business analyses including gap assessments
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with TELUS and Altima teams
- Prepare executive-level documentation and delivery presentations
- Track program metrics and identify proactive risks Requirements:
- 4+ years in service delivery project management
- Experience in a PMO environment is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
