Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Supply Chain and Operations technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk management, and experience leading IT projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Operations environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple medium-to-large scale projects from initiation through deployment and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, budgets, and status reports.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract deliverables, RFP/RFI activities, and invoice approvals.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, quality assurance, and adherence to PMO standards and methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project financials, forecasting, and cost management activities.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and document lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of Project Management experience.
- 8+ years of IT or business technology experience.
- Proven experience delivering Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Distribution projects.
- Robust experience with project budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and change control.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and iterative project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP Certification.
- Experience managing Supply Chain transformation, ERP, WMS, TMS, or Operations technology projects.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise application architectures.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and consulting partners.
