Project Context

This role supports a growing team in the nuclear industry, focusing on developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules
- Coordinate schedule inputs with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls teams
- Track progress against baselines, milestones, and critical path activities
- Analyze schedule performance and support forecasting, recovery planning, and what-if scenario analysis
- Support project controls activities, including resource loading, progress measurement, and reporting
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (SPI, CPI) in coordination with the project controls team
- Support change management, schedule updates, and baseline revisions
- Prepare regular schedule reports and communicate risks, delays, and mitigation plans




- Ensure scheduling practices align with project controls standards and contractual requirements in a highly regulated setting

Candidate Requirements

- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience managing complex project schedules
- Nuclear Security Clearance (SASC)
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with turbine generators
- Strong communication skills

In accordance with our compensation practices, ALTEN is providing the salary range associated with this opportunity. Final compensation will be determined after considering several factors, including professional experience, skill set, educational background, certifications, and geographic market conditions. The current target salary range for this role is $50-65/hour.
