Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of our outdoor properties. This role involves a combination of landscape maintenance, and general property upkeep.

Duties

- Perform landscape maintenance including gardening, mowing and general yard care

Qualifications

- Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred.

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and operating machinery for extended periods

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues before they escalate

- Assist with construction projects related to property improvements or expansions

- Prior experience in maintenance or construction roles is desirable

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions .
