Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 16 $36.160 to $38.720 (3 step range)

Travel Required: No

: Fabricates/repairs artificial limbs and braces (prostheses or orthoses) to provide maximum fit, function, appearance and workmanship.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

- No previous experience. Two (2) years (3450 hours) training/experience working
- certified skilled (or registered technician) prior to becoming registered
- as a Prosthetics & Orthotics Technician under the supervision of an on-site

Education

- Orthotic/Prosthetic Technician Program

Licenses

- Orthotics Prosthetics Canada
- Registered Technician in Prosthetics
- Registered Technician in Orthotics

Knowledge and Abilities

- Ability to work independently
