Job Summary
TRAQ Health Solutions Inc. is currently seeking a professional, reliable and detail-oriented Psychometrist to support our psychological and neuropsychological assessment services at our Mississauga location.
This is an in-person position. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a registered Psychologist or Neuropsychologist and will assist with the administration and scoring of standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessment measures.
We are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable working directly with assessment clients and able to follow standardized testing procedures accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities The Psychometrist will
- Administer standardized psychological and neuropsychological tests under the direction of a registered Psychologist or Neuropsychologist.
- Conduct in-person psychometric testing with assessment clients.
- Follow standardized test-administration procedures and instructions.
- Accurately score psychological and neuropsychological measures according to established scoring guidelines and test manuals.
- Assist with testing involving memory, attention, concentration, learning, processing speed, executive functioning, cognitive functioning and other areas as directed by the supervising clinician.
- Observe and document relevant client behaviour, participation and effort during testing.
- Maintain accurate, complete and organized test protocols and documentation.
- Prepare completed testing materials and scores for review by the supervising Psychologist or Neuropsychologist.
- Communicate with the supervising clinician and TRAQ Health Solutions administrative team regarding assessment requirements and scheduling.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of medical,
psychological and personal information.
- Follow professional, ethical and organizational standards when interacting with assessment clients.
- Attend scheduled assessments at the Mississauga office as required.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Behavioural Science, Cognitive Science or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with assessment clients.
- Ability to work independently while following the direction of the supervising Psychologist or Neuropsychologist.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
- Availability to attend assessments in person in Mississauga.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Psychometrist.
- Experience administering psychological, cognitive or neuropsychological assessments.
- Graduate-level education in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Neuroscience or a related field is an asset.
- Familiarity with standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessment instruments.
- Experience administering or scoring measures such as WAIS, WMS, D-KEFS, CVLT, RCFT, TOMM, or comparable standardized measures is considered an asset.
Previous experience does not need to have been obtained in Canada. Compensation The compensation for this position is:
$300–$400 per scheduled day shift, depending on experience, qualifications and assessment requirements.
The number of available shifts may vary based on assessment bookings and operational requirements.

Scope of the Role The Psychometrist will administer and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessment measures under the direction and supervision of a registered Psychologist or Neuropsychologist. The Psychometrist will not independently diagnose clients, interpret psychological or neuropsychological findings, or provide independent clinical opinions.
