Here’s your chance to join PUNCH, a dynamic integrated communications agency specializing in travel and consumer lifestyle brands. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized and curious Account Coordinator to join our team and support a diverse portfolio of travel, tourism and consumer accounts.

This is an opportunity to build your PR experience in a fast-paced agency environment, working alongside an experienced team on everything from media relations and influencer campaigns to events, social media and client communications.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, and has a genuine passion for public relations, travel and consumer brands. Experience with social media and influencer marketing is a strong asset.

Position Summary

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll work closely with members of the PUNCH team to support the day-to-day management of several client accounts.

You’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of PR and communications activities, including media and influencer relations, research, events, reporting and client support. You’ll also play an key role in helping the team stay organized, on schedule and ahead of client needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Research and maintain targeted media lists and databases

· Conduct media research and identify relevant journalists, outlets and story opportunities

· Support influencer research, outreach and campaign coordination

· Assist with media relations and day-to-day media outreach

· Monitor,



track and document media coverage

· Prepare media reports, campaign wrap-ups and client materials

· Support the planning and execution of media events, activations and other special events

· Coordinate with suppliers, partners and other external contacts

· Support social media initiatives and content development as required

· Assist with client and team administrative needs

· Provide support across PUNCH accounts and team functions when needed

· Stay on top of industry, media, social and travel trends to identify opportunities for our clients

Qualifications & Skills

· Post-secondary degree or diploma in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or a related field

· Previous PR agency, communications or relevant corporate experience is an asset

· Strong understanding of media relations and the Canadian media landscape

· Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

· Familiarity with major social media platforms and an understanding of social media best practices

· Experience with influencer marketing and/or media monitoring platforms is an asset

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word,



Excel and PowerPoint

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

· Professional and confident when communicating with clients, media, influencers, suppliers and colleagues

· A team player who is willing to jump in and support colleagues across accounts

· A client-first mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

· A genuine interest in public relations, travel, lifestyle and consumer brands
