About the Role

We are seeking a general solicitor to support our purpose-driven clients.

Experience in Real Estate, Housing, Corporate, M&A;, and Commercial Advisory is an asset but not required to apply. Lead and support a broad portfolio of solicitor legal work for non-profit, charitable, and impact-oriented clients. Provide corporate, commercial,



non-profit, charity, real estate, employment and other advisory services.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including service agreements, funding agreements, leases, and procurement documents. Advise on employment, volunteer, and contractor relationships, and assist with related policy development. Collaborate effectively with the administrative and operations team.

Participate in business development and relationship-building efforts to grow the firm’s practice.
