AtkinsRéalis is searching for Quality Coordinators to join our team based in Toronto.

The Quality

Coordinators will be part of a large scale airport infrastructure project based in the west Toronto project office. Please note that this job posting is intended for you to express your interest in future opportunities within AtkinsRéalis. Reporting to the Site Quality Control Manager, undertake quality control and quality assurance related inspection activities throughout the design, construction, handover, and closeout phases.

Prepares and presents regular progress reports including reporting on key quality metrics including suggesting corrective actions. Ensures conformance to the required quality management standards. Provides input to submittals, RFIs, O&M; manuals, and other technical documentation as needed.

Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning. Implements and follows quality assurance program procedures. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of site staff. Support the Site Quality Manager for the Construction Quality Audits.

Recognized qualifications in project or construction management or relevant profession. Minimum of 7 years of skilled experience in quality control and/or quality assurance function. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large complex projects with at least 3 years of on-site experience.

Able to read and understand technical specifications and designs. Comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders including contractors and other site personnel.
