Who We Are
Regional One Aviation Services Canada (ROASC) is the Canadian subsidiary of Regional One Inc., a leading provider of aircraft parts, leasing, component solutions, and aviation aftermarket services supporting airlines, operators, MROs, and aviation customers worldwide. Based in Mississauga, Ontario, ROASC is building a Canadian Centre of Excellence focused on aircraft parts distribution, inventory management, repair coordination, exchange programs, and customer support.

The opportunity
Protect aviation quality, traceability, documentation integrity and release discipline for the Canadian operation, with independent authority to stop shipment, quarantine inventory, block release and escalate non-conformance.
You will help establish practical processes, reporting routines and scalable ways of working while protecting aviation traceability, inventory value, customer commitments and quality controls.
What you will do
- Review documentation, tags, trace, condition, shelf life, repair records and release requirements before inventory is made available or shipped.
- Exercise independent stop-ship authority when documentation, status, traceability, condition, release or customer requirements are not acceptable.
- Quarantine or block non-conforming material and maintain clear records of decisions and corrective actions.
- Partner with Warehouse to ensure receiving, segregation, labelling, packaging and storage controls are followed.
- Support audit readiness, SOP development, internal checks, corrective actions and staff training.
- Maintain quality metrics, non-conformance logs, defect tracking and open corrective actions.
What you bring
- 4+ years in aviation quality, technical records, stores inspection, MRO or aircraft-parts distribution.
- Knowledge of aviation tags, trace, non-conformance handling, shelf life, packaging and release controls.
- Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licence is considered a strong asset, ideally M-rated or E-rated; however, candidates with robust aviation quality, technical records, stores inspection, MRO or aircraft-parts distribution experience will also be considered.
- ERP/inventory-system experience; Quantum is an asset.
- Sound independent judgment and the ability to uphold quality requirements under operational pressure.
- Clear and credible communication across warehouse, sales, repair and leadership teams.

Compensation and employment details Expected base salary range: CAD $111,000 to $132,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, internal equity and applicable legal requirements.
In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual and company performance.
