- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of inspection activities, non-conformance reports, and quality documentation in compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions
- Support quality management initiatives by participating in root cause analysis and process audits
- Use analysis skills to interpret inspection data, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control or quality inspection within a manufacturing workplace
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and manufacturing processes
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify defects accurately
- Solid analysis skills for interpreting inspection data and supporting quality assurance efforts
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation practices, and compliance standards
