Real Estate Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and investment goals

- Present and promote pre-construction projects, including condominiums and townhomes

- Explain project features, pricing, floor plans, incentives, and payment structures

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales

- Assist clients throughout the pre-construction purchasing process

- Stay up to date on market trends, new developments, pricing, and investment opportunities

- Work closely with the brokerage's Deal and Administration teams to ensure transactions are completed smoothly

- Participate in project launches, sales events, training sessions, and marketing activities

Qualifications:

- Previous real estate sales experience is an asset

- Experience in pre-construction sales is preferred but not required

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Highly motivated, self-driven,



and results-oriented

- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset

- Must be willing to learn and stay current with the GTA real estate market
