Duties
- Assist in setting up and executing recreational activities and events for youth and adults with developmental disabilities.
- Engage with members to ensure they are enjoying activities and feeling included.
- Maintain a clean, safe,
and welcoming environment by monitoring activity areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Ensure member safety and support is your number one priority.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with participants and team members.
- G or G2 drivers license.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to commit to at least 17 hours per month.
- Must be available to work a shift on Current Years eve.
- Must work 1 week at our overnight summer camp.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for community engagement, teamwork, and creating positive experiences for others.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 4.0 per week
