As a 360 Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement — across one or more of our core verticals.



Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain an active pipeline of leads.

Earning Potential: Realistic first-year earning potential of $100,000+ , with uncapped commission .
