Mandatory Requirements:

- Red Seal Certification: You must be a fully ticketed Red Seal Carpenter.
- Transportation: You must have your own reliable work truck.
- Tools: You must possess your own basic hand and power tools required for the trade.
- Mindset: A strong commitment to personal growth, leadership, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Attitude: You take ownership of your work,

What You Will Do:

- Perform high-level carpentry work from framing to finishing with precision and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications.
- Lead by example on the site, maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex on-site challenges.
- Contribute to a positive, healthy, and growth-focused team environment.
