Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Victoria, BC

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Journeyperson Total Package - $76.51/hr (UA 516 agreement)

Where You Will Apply Your Skills:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and multi-unit settings
- Service gas-fired heating systems and boilers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions
- Work safely in a variety of environments, including heights and confined spaces

Required Experience and Certifications:

- 2+ years with a Journeyperson HVAC ticket with previous HVAC commercial and multi-unit complex experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Gas Class B or A ticket
- Driver's license and a clean abstract
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces
- Full-face respirator usage is mandatory for some jobs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Installation, maintenance,



and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Maintenance and repair of gas-fired heating systems and boilers
