About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager – Ontario, you will be responsible for growing our business throughout the territory by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the region, focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.
- Grow existing partner relationships while expanding account penetration and uncovering additional opportunities.
- Drive sales across key verticals including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and government.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations, positioning complete security solutions to customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Product Management to develop winning customer solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle using CRM tools while maintaining an accurate and active sales pipeline.
- Represent Petawise at customer meetings, trade shows, dealer events, and industry associations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products,



and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum five years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in business development and territory growth.
- Experience in video surveillance, access control, networking, or related technology industries is highly desirable.
- Existing relationships within the Ontario security market are considered a significant asset.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly organized with a hunter mentality.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative national team.
- Experience working with security integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel throughout the territory
