About the Role

Future Minds Child & Family Centre Inc. is seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our team on an independent contractor basis. This position is ideal for an RBA looking for flexible, supplementary work with limited scheduled hours.

The RBA will primarily provide clinical oversight, review and sign relevant clinical documentation within their professional scope, and provide supervision or consultation to behavioural staff when required. This is not a full-time direct service position, and hours will vary based on client and organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to behavioural staff as required.
- Review, provide feedback on, and sign off on applicable clinical documentation within the RBA's scope of practice and professional responsibilities.
- Review behaviour plans, treatment plans, assessments, progress reports, and other relevant clinical documents when required.
- Provide clinical recommendations regarding behavioural programming and client care.
- Support staff with clinical questions, treatment implementation, and case-related concerns as needed.
- Ensure documentation and behavioural services align with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in brief clinical consultations or case discussions when required.
- Maintain appropriate clinical records related to supervision and consultation.
- Identify and communicate any clinical, ethical, or safety concerns requiring additional follow-up.




- Collaborate with the clinical team to support consistent and appropriate service delivery.

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario.
- Relevant education and training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
- Experience providing behavioural assessment, treatment planning, and/or clinical supervision.
- Strong understanding of ethical and professional standards related to ABA services.
- Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely review of clinical documents.
- Professional liability insurance appropriate to the services being provided.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families is considered an asset.

Compensation & Contractor Arrangement

- $35.00 per hour
- Independent contractor position.
- Hours are flexible and provided on an as-needed basis.
- Compensation applies to authorized clinical work completed, including required supervision, consultation, meetings, and document review/sign-off.
- The contractor is responsible for maintaining their own professional registration, insurance, and other requirements associated with independent practice.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for an RBA who is reliable, responsive, collaborative, and comfortable providing versatile clinical oversight. This role may be particularly suitable for an RBA who currently works elsewhere and is interested in taking on a small amount of additional contract work.
