Wan D Thai Massage & Wellness is looking for a passionate and professional Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) to join our growing healthcare team in Kitchener.
We are a busy and established clinic with a strong client base and consistent demand for treatments. We are looking for an Acupuncturist who would like the opportunity to build a busy practice while working alongside a friendly and supportive team.
Our clinic provides front desk and administrative support to assist with bookings, payments, and day-to-day client needs, allowing our practitioners to focus on providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized acupuncture treatment plans
- Provide safe and professional acupuncture treatments within your scope of practice
- Educate clients about acupuncture, treatment expectations, and appropriate home care
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records and treatment notes
- Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including proper handling and disposal of acupuncture needles
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients
- Collaborate with RMTs and other healthcare practitioners when appropriate
- Follow all applicable professional standards, privacy requirements, and clinic policies
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing as an Acupuncturist (R.Ac) in Ontario, or eligible for registration
- Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage before starting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment
- Passionate about providing high-quality acupuncture and holistic care
