All In Physiotherapy, Sport & Wellness is seeking a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Coquitlam, BC.

We are looking for a counsellor who is interested in developing a long-term practice within a supportive clinical environment. Our clinic provides administrative support, a private counselling space, marketing, and opportunities for referrals from other healthcare services, allowing you to focus primarily on providing excellent care to your clients.

This opportunity is suitable for an established counsellor looking to expand their practice or an RCC interested in developing their caseload within a multidisciplinary setting.

About the Role You will independently manage your counselling clients while having the opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate and with client consent.

Responsibilities include

- Providing individual counselling services within your professional scope and areas of competency
- Conducting initial assessments and establishing appropriate therapeutic goals
- Developing individualized counselling and treatment plans




- Using evidence-informed therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's needs
- Providing clients with appropriate strategies and resources to support their therapeutic goals
- Maintaining complete, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Following applicable privacy requirements and BCACC professional standards
- Communicating with third-party payers or other healthcare professionals when required and appropriately authorized
- Maintaining skilled and ethical boundaries in all aspects of client care

Qualifications

- Master's degree in counselling, counselling psychology, or another field that meets BCACC requirements for RCC membership
- Current Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation and membership in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC)
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-centred approach
- Ability to work independently and manage your own clinical responsibilities
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-informed counselling practice

Additional Assets Experience or additional training in any of the following is considered an asset:

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Trauma-informed counselling
- EMDR
- Chronic pain or injury-related counselling
- ICBC-funded counselling
- Multidisciplinary or healthcare settings
