Launch Behavioural Health is seeking an independent contractor Registered Behaviour Analyst to join our clinic in Fergus part time. Our team delivers evidence based, developmentally informed Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and psychological services. We serve children, youth, and adults with a variety of presenting concerns, primarily individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder.

We offer ongoing support and development opportunities for staff, including:

· Mentorship from experts in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), including Registered Psychologists, Registered Behavior Analysts, and Board Certified Behaviour Analysts;

· Ongoing continuing education opportunities, including workshops and journal reading groups;

· Opportunities for advancement within our team.

Responsibilities

· Develop evidence-based programming based in principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA);

· Implementation of individualized parent coaching programs for skill development, reduction of challenging behaviours, and/or executive function skills;

· Delivery of one-to-one services with children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and/or mental health challenges and their families.

· Development and implementation of Functional Behaviour Assessments with parents/caregivers;

· Development, training,



and monitoring of skill acquisition programs or Behaviour Intervention Plans with parents/caregivers;

· Use of evidence based practices such as Behavioral Skills Trained (BST) with parents/caregivers.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field;

· Currently registered with College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO);

· At least 2 years of experience delivering ABA services to children and youth with ASD, and their families;

· Experience with parent/caregiver coaching;

· Availability to provide in person services at our clinic after school and evening hours;

· Ability to work collaboratively with team members and accept feedback and direction;

· Access to a reliable means of transportation (e.g., personal vehicle);

· Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Vulnerable Sector Check (within past 6 months)
