Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Kinesiologist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert rehabilitation services, develop personalized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving optimal functional outcomes. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing patient recovery, promoting active lifestyles, and improving overall well-being.

Duties

- Work with patients assess their physical conditions and develop tailored rehabilitation programs based on individual needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and functional training to promote recovery and mobility
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health management, and home exercise routines
- Manage caseloads efficiently by scheduling appointments, tracking progress,



and adjusting treatment plans as necessary

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Kinesiologist with the appropriate licensing body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, electronic medical records systems (Jane), and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analysis skills for assessing patient progress and modifying treatment strategies accordingly
- Organizational skills necessary for case management and documentation accuracy
