Riverbend Physiotherapy & Neuro Rehab Clinic is seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you’ll deliver personalized, evidence-based massage therapy treatments while working alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a supportive, collaborative environment. Schedule Requirement:

- Minimum 3 shifts per week - Contract

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Perform thorough patient assessments, including symptom review, medical history, and treatment goals
- Deliver treatments such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques
- Educate clients on self-care strategies and recommend ongoing treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment notes and client records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable treatment environment following clinic protocols
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development





Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Massage Therapist with valid provincial license/certification
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and relevant medical terminology
- Hands-on experience with a variety of massage techniques (deep tissue, trigger point, etc.)
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical workplace
- Experience with pain management and patient assessments preferred
- Familiarity with Jane App and direct billing is considered an asset, but is not required
