Well BYND is a modern, multidisciplinary wellness clinic and movement studio in Toronto, and we are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who provides exceptional hands-on massage therapy while ideally bringing an interest or experience in lymphatic drainage, facial massage, TMJ/intra-oral work, cupping, and other integrative or aesthetic-focused massage techniques.

Our previous RMT built a unique offering within the clinic that blended traditional massage therapy with specialized treatments, and we would love to find someone excited to continue — and potentially expand — this type of service offering.

Services may include

- Traditional therapeutic/relaxation massage therapy
- Lymphatic drainage massage
- TMJ & intra-oral massage
- Facial massage & Gua Sha
- Massage + cupping therapy
- Aromatherapy massage
- Other complementary massage modalities based on your training and interests

Experience in all of the above is not required. We are especially interested in an RMT who has a strong massage therapy foundation and is enthusiastic about offering or learning more specialized treatments.

Well BYND brings together clinical care, aesthetics, recovery and movement under one roof. Our team includes naturopathic doctors and a variety of allied health and wellness practitioners, with an established community of patients and studio clients.

The RMT joining our team will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment with strong potential for internal referrals, cross-referrals and building a loyal patient base.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Holds appropriate professional liability insurance




- Provides a high standard of patient-centred care
- Is warm, professional and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary clinic
- Is interested in building and maintaining their own patient roster
- Has an interest in integrative wellness and whole-person care
- Is reliable and able to maintain consistent clinic availability
- Has additional training in lymphatic drainage, TMJ/intra-oral massage, facial massage, Gua Sha or cupping (an asset, but not required)
- Is interested in bringing their own unique skills or modalities to the Well BYND treatment menu

What Well BYND offers You’ll be joining an established clinic and wellness community with a beautiful treatment environment, front-desk and administrative support, online booking, marketing exposure through Well BYND, and opportunities for referrals from our existing practitioner and client base.

We also love allowing our practitioners to develop treatments that reflect their individual expertise. If you have a specialized modality or treatment you think would be a excellent fit for Well BYND, we want to hear about it.

Schedule

Part-time, with opportunity to grow.

We are looking for someone who can commit to consistent weekly availability. Evening and/or weekend availability is considered an asset.

Compensation

Independent contractor position with competitive percentage-based compensation. Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect experience and schedule.
