Join a dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation team where you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering patient-centered mental health care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health nursing care.

Assess, monitor, and support patients with mental health and psychosocial needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Build therapeutic relationships that promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.





Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to professional standards.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration.

Experience in Mental Health, Psychiatry, or Mental Health Rehabilitation preferred.

Robust communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
